✔️ Uses:
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS): PMS refers to the symptoms experienced by women in the weeks preceding their period. Common symptoms include mood swings, feelings of disturbance, worry, or irritation, exhaustion or difficulty sleeping, bloating, stomach pain, breast tenderness, headaches, changes in appetite, and spotty skin.
Mastalgia (Breast Pain): Mastalgia is associated with hormonal variations related to the menstrual cycle or non-cyclical factors. Normal fibrocystic changes can cause breast pain, swelling, or dense areas. Symptoms include breast tenderness, sharp, burning pain, and tightness in the breast tissue.
Acne Vulgaris (Acne): Acne vulgaris is a skin condition caused by the blockage of follicles with oil and dead skin cells. It includes various types such as whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, cysts, and nodules. While common in teenagers, it can affect individuals of all age groups.
Eczema: Eczema is a skin condition characterized by inflamed, itchy, cracked, and rough skin patches. It is a chronic condition that can result in discomfort and skin changes.

There are no known drug interactions. Steroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may potentially interfere with essential fatty acid metabolism.

- Previously not recommended for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia.
- Recent analysis did not indicate clear therapeutic or adverse effects on schizophrenic patients.
