✔️ Calcium 500 mg + Vitamin D3 200 IU Tablet:
- Take 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily, preferably with or immediately after meals for better absorption.
✔️ Calcium 500 mg + Vitamin D3 400 IU Tablet:
Take 1 tablet twice daily, also with or right after meals.
✔️ Caution is advised when taken with:
- Other calcium supplements, antacids containing aluminum or magnesium
- Calcitriol and other vitamin D analogs
- Digoxin
- Tetracyclines and other antibiotics like doxycycline, minocycline, oxytetracycline
✔️ Do not use in:
- Elevated calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia)
- Hyperthyroidism
- History of kidney stones (renal calculi/nephrolithiasis)
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
