- Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cover.
- Press the spray several times to prime it before the first use or after a long break.
- Clear nostrils by blowing the nose.
- Insert the spray nozzle into one nostril, tilt the head forward, and spray while inhaling gently.
- Repeat for the other nostril.
- Wash the nozzle and dust cover weekly in warm water. Air dry before reassembling.

- Short-term excessive inhalation may suppress adrenal function but usually resolves in 1–2 days without emergency action.
