Resistant Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia:
- Continuous therapy with 20-30 mg/kg orally daily.
Polycythemia Vera:
- Initial dose: 30 mg/kg orally daily for 1 week, followed by 15-20 mg/kg daily.
Essential Thrombocythemia:
- Initial dose: 15 mg/kg/day, adjusted based on platelet counts.
Sickle Cell Disease and β-thalassemia:
- Dose: 15-30 mg/kg orally daily, adjusted as needed.
