Marlox Plus Tablet contains a combination of two active ingredients: Magaldrate (an antacid) and Simethicone (an anti-flatulent). In this product, magaldrate and simethicone are combined. Magaldrate, also known as magnesium aluminum compound or hydroxy magnesium aluminate, quickly neutralizes stomach acid while keeping the pH between 5 and 6. • Tablet: 1 to 4 chewable tablets, taken at bedtime and 20 to 60 minutes after meals, or as prescribed by a doctor.
