- Standard regimen:
- Vonoprazan 20 mg, Amoxicillin 1000 mg, and Clarithromycin 500 mg.
- Administered twice daily (morning and evening, 12 hours apart) for 14 days.
- Can be taken with or without food.
- Geriatrics: Increased risk of torsades de pointes due to clarithromycin.
- Renal impairment: Avoid in severe cases.
- Hepatic impairment: Avoid in moderate to severe cases.
