- Children over 12 years with Nasal Allergic Rhinitis: 2 sprays (100 mcg) in each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning. In some cases, 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily, not exceeding 4 sprays.
- Children 4-11 years with Nasal Allergic Rhinitis: 1 spray (50 mcg) in each nostril once a day. The maximum total daily dosage should not exceed 4 sprays.
- Children >16 years with Nasal Polyps: 4 sprays (200 mcg) into each nostril 1-2 times daily for at least 4-6 weeks.
